    I heard my dad say the other day that the Phillies have a top-10 minor player among shortstops. Is this true? I can't find anything on one so I think he must be talking about the 2nd basemen Cesar Hernandez.

    Either way, how does he project?

    Note the use of type. Like with Donald, they're both high effort guys who play above their tools. Garcia still doesn't profile as a first division starter, although he should give the Phillies a nice alternative to the utility infield slop they've used over the last few seasons. His defense is certainly better than Donald.

    not really important but Brown and Singleton are ranked 4th and 30th in the top 50 prospects.. also Drabek is ranked 12th.
