With the new developments on the Vick front, is it time to take a look at JaMarcus? The options are becoming very limited, and I'm not sold on the Garcia idea, the guy is 40.

This team is not looking for a project QB. we would need someone who could step in and play well should kolb/vick get hurt. that man would be garcia way before it would be russell. and if you think Russell still has considerable upside you probably also think the BP spill in the gulf is no big deal.

The Eagles don't need potential at this point. They have that in Kolb and even Kafka, they need a veteran backup if anything.

i laughed when i saw "Jamarcus Russell?" on the eagles forum. Why would we waste our time with that clown? That should be the real question.

Some people just aren't capable of playing Quarterback. As of right now, it looks like Russel is ruined as a football player. Awareness at the quarterback position is close to unmeasurable during the College years of a player, that's why he was a high prospect then, the only potential he has is in his athleticism.
