I've heard some interesting stories about the recruiting tactics of UNC and Clemson and the shady business they're in. I have no idea if they're true, but if it is, there would be some penalties.

I hadn't ever heard that, I doubt its true. Of course, all the coots (USuC fans) would like you to believe that since we've got one of the biggest classes in the nation right now, we paid every single one of them. Its not like we were in the ACC Championship game, and offer a much nicer campus than the one in Columbia (its a shithole, I live like 20 minutes away).

I've never been to Clemson, so I can't compare but I liked USCe when I visited. I thought it was a nice campus, although Columbia was a ****** city.

A nice campus? I hate that campus. Its hideous, the class buildings are spread haphazardly all over the (crappy) city of Columbia.
