Well, Zack is gone, what do you guys think we should do, if anything? I know for the sake of Jonathan Bernier, they need to trade him, but who to and who for?
So I just had a crazy idea for the Kings fan to consider. First of all Congratulations on being fans of the 2011-12 Stanley Cup Champions. It was an exciting playoffs to watch even tho the Penguins got beat up badly. Anyways back to my idea. So Columbus is looking to trade Nash. They are also looking to rebuild. what better way to start the rebuild than with a really good young goaltender looking to prove himself as a starter in the NHL. That being Mr. Jonathon Bernier. Also the Kings and Blue Jackets have a history of making deals with each other before so they know each other and know how each other make deals. So this would be my proposal right now.
Columbus sends Rick Nash & 3rd Rnd Pick to LA for Jonathon Bernier, Simon Gagne, Rob Scuderi, either Clifford or Lewis and Linden Vey.
Not to sure about your organization or what pieces you would include but there would need to be quite a few pieces.
I don't think that Columbus would be interested in a trade like that. Gagne is injury prone and Scuderi is gonna be 34 next season. I'm sure they could get more from another team, and at this point I wouldn't want the Kings to blow up their team for any player.
They signed King for another two years, I'm glad to hear it.
We all know the Kings will be shopping Bernier and we could use another forward.
Be interesting to see what develops.
Mets Dieharder Since '63
Broncos Dieharder Since '73
Los Angeles Kings Dieharder Since '87
Denver Rockets/Nuggets Dieharder Since '73
ua you're gone, but never forgotten, R.I.P.

I don't see the king resigning anybody
I meant signing anybody
But he is getting traded
Yep, he deserves the chance to be a starter.
Can't wait till season starts.
I sure hope that there isn't a lockout, but if there is, I believe the Kings will be in better shape because the team is the same team they won the Cup with.
Looking more and more like a lock out.
