OK.. highligt of todays shoulder /trap workout..
military shoulder presses (behind the neck)
4x5, 135 pounds
front press, 115, 2 x 8.
That was the core. still no post workout supplement/ protein.
tommorrow arms..
maybe start with the supplement (by supplement i mean protein)
next week.
My workouts have been short so far.. 30-45 minutes, with post 15 minutes of stretching...
but i have been getting alot done.. 13-18 sets per workout.
arms tommorrow..then 3 days off, and monday will be chest again...

Rawz is making me feel bad by saying he's a weakling, he's gotten a lot weaker but he's still a heck of a lot stronger than me, my max bench is like 150 (im only 16 tomorrow though so i guess its pretty relative)

Did arms today. Pretty good workout. Diffently seeing improvement. Went up 20 pounds on skull crushers, and tricep ext. with ez bar. Felt good....
friday, sat, sunday off... work days.. (with driving included, 17 hour work days) suck-ah-rama.
Monday is chest....
Going to start protein shakes on monday to....
