    OK.. highligt of todays shoulder /trap workout..

    military shoulder presses (behind the neck)
    4x5, 135 pounds
    front press, 115, 2 x 8.

    That was the core. still no post workout supplement/ protein.

    tommorrow arms..

    maybe start with the supplement (by supplement i mean protein)
    next week.

    My workouts have been short so far.. 30-45 minutes, with post 15 minutes of stretching...

    but i have been getting alot done.. 13-18 sets per workout.

    arms tommorrow.. then 3 days off, and monday will be chest again...

    Rawz is making me feel bad by saying he's a weakling, he's gotten a lot weaker but he's still a heck of a lot stronger than me, my max bench is like 150 (im only 16 tomorrow though so i guess its pretty relative)

    You are so young kiddo!! Dont stress it, I was benching around your weight too at your age...I've tripled my max since. It will come in time.

    That's not bad man. Focus on yourself, use others for motivation, not discouragement. Stay persistent and you'll get to where you want to be.

    I wouldn't classify myself as strong by any means, but that is just more motivation for me.

    thats not bad. at 16 my max was 165. i only remember that because my first weight training class in high school had us max at the end of the year. since then my max has gone up ~135 pounds. your will too! just keep working hard

    Did arms today. Pretty good workout. Diffently seeing improvement. Went up 20 pounds on skull crushers, and tricep ext. with ez bar. Felt good....

    friday, sat, sunday off... work days.. (with driving included, 17 hour work days) suck-ah-rama.

    Monday is chest....

    Going to start protein shakes on monday to....

    Skull crushers are an excellent tricep workout. I just prefer to use dumbbells instead of an EZ bar to isolate each arm.
