    Who would win in a fight, Sean or Rawz?

    hahaha. I think i vote for Sean...He faceplanted onto a car's windshield when he got hit by a car as he rode a bike, AND he landed on his feet, AND he walked away from it.....with a bad *** scar.

    quick note,

    last week did 365 x 3 reps on the bench... and got up to 270 pounds on dips x 3 reps. (using pit-shark)- thats 3- 45's on each side...

    probally going to post my workouts on my bodyblog from now on, i think i like it alot better...

    However, on body blog, its great, cause it will tell you your average sets, reps on each lift, total poundage, average weight, update your calculated max, and graph it all...
    so you can tell if you increased at all via, weight, or reps, and look at it on a graph to compare to previous workouts. It gives you all time best has well...

    also, if i get banned again, i dont have to worry about my log not beiing updated...

    I dont use a log all the time either.. just to help me when i plateau....

    That bodyblog sounds pretty good, especially with the averages.

    Im only talking about the bodyblog. Its very neat. It can really give you an edge, and let you get down to the nitty griddy in terms of your lifts, and what kind of gains/ progress your making...

    But, like i said, its just to post workout. In terms of getting input, talking, and and stuff, this is much better. Ill cont. to post highlights, and so forth... I get banned alot here. so, it sucks if i only had my journal on here....

    But, dont get me wrong, this forum, IMO, is the best on the web. .
