    yes:

    Turiaf- 4mil
    azubuike- 3.3 mil
    Randolph-1.9 mil
Td, Walker, Gallo, chandler, and curry- 18.6 mil
    Amare 16.6 mil

    3 roster spots 1.45 mil

    Total salaries=$47 mil roughly

    New cap figure =$58.05 mil

    Cap left = $ 11.1 mil

Leaves Knicks with more moves like a pg???

Done quickly and without a calculator, so it should be close enough

Now I can't fly my airplane

I was thinking maybe it could be smart to use the leftover cap to bring in one player for one year(basically giving ourselves another big expiring contract) and see if we can get value for it in February. I just don't see any reason why all that cap should go to waste.

I have no doubt the next move is an experienced PG.

As much as I love my Knicks and the NBA I wouldn't mind eeing LA win in 11 and a lockout in 12.

So if we sign felton for 6M that would leave us with 4 and when curry expire we would have just about enough room for a max next year. If we need a lil extra money we can trade turiaf who will be an expiring next summer. Felton is a solid option

well its interesting.....I think this team with one more player will make the playoffs, this signing took a clev team out of the playoffs...

you leave just enough cap for Melo if he doesn't extend his contract....he's the next best thing....

With raises, and eddy's expiring Knicks need to have 5-6 mil left on the contract or make trades but its easily doable with these contracts and chandlers QO....

One would think you have a good team to compete with get a 7-8 seed, then go get a guy that really wants to play ny...

11 mil 1 year for iverson!?

    haha just kidding

i read felton was leaning towards signing with the Clippers (which makes no sense to me)

How much do people think Luke Rindour would get paid? 5 mil a year?

JR Smith and Monta Ellis....these two need to be on the same team! Not serious tho
Im just a 23 year old college grad looking for a job in the nba

Raymond Felton would be a nice pick up, will his game translate in this system? He's not the natural play maker Mike would be looking for. At 4 yrs, $28 million is very cheap though.

    Still,

Carmelo seems like a New York kind of guy.

I would be much more thrilled to have Carmelo and kick Le*****'s *** than to have Lebron.
