    thanks everyone. im going for 20 reps next week... doing it makes me want to puke a little though.. lot of reps, drains me completely....

    I prefer behind the neck presses, but the barbell press rack was in use at the time. I always do this as an alternative. they do feel great though because both arms are independent.
