Oh yeah that movie was awesome.

Fair enough. I dont get the Farrell is a bad actor thing. Phonebooth was a bit over the top but I think that was the point.

He was even great in DareDevil.

I think that he is a decent actor but just takes on some crappy roles in crappy movies.

Nic Cage isn't even a bad actor, he just sucks in a few roles, and was also in some terrible movies.

I completely disagree. There are some movies that he has been in that are pretty good even though his acting was awful. Most of the movies he has been in that are good are good because of the storyline and countless other actors could've done just as good and probably better than Cage.

I agree he isn't the best actor, but I liked him better in Unlawful Entry, he owned that role perfectly.

I liked that movie quite a bit, and he wasn't bad in it...but everyone knows McConaughey's best performance was Wooderson in Dazed and Confused - most likely because he was playing himself.

...but that is why I did not say Dazed and confused because the dude was as you said playing himself and he has done that in just about every other ****** romance comedy he has been in, only difference is that Dazed and confused is a freaking awesome movie. In Frailty he had to play somebody unlike him.


...now you can say a time to kill might be another choice, but i persoanlly though he was just ok in that movie.

To me Rourke is a good actor that has doe some ****** movies.

He had that rough patch where he quit to become a boxer(not sure if anyone remembers that). His old stuff is superb. Look for a 3-4 minute film from a movie called The Pledge...good acting.

Mickey Rourke in The Wrestler is a great one. One of my favorite performanes and favorite movies of all time.
