    Stupid things people say...

    My all time favorite..."I could be as big as you if I worked out". "I could be as big as you if I took steroids". Love hearing that.

    People asking for advice. Had a guy the other day...all into being big and blah blah blah...so anyway, I tell him my real secret is that I have been lifting for over 15 years, he says "oh", laughs and says nevermind. Do people think this happens overnight or something? No hard work???

    all i hear from my family/friends is that i do roids,i dont mind as much anymore though im used to it

    I hear that too, "are you on roids?" lol. I tell them to look for needle marks.

    Oh and one of my favorites. "How much can you bench". Like that's some sort of benchmark for how big I am lol.

    I always get asked how much i bench. You know they only ask you that to compare your total to theirs. .

    its funny sice i really only max 225 which by most standards isnt a lot

    speaking of which anyone witgh any tips on how to get my bench up? ive been platued for ever i've been using dumbbells lately hopefully it helps

    ive been eating a ton lately i try and vary my routine every few weeks
