    I don't have a real preference. Although I used to absolutely hate training quads and hamstrings. I've been starting to like it lately though.

    Me too Pedroia, I couldn't stand doing legs in the gym when I first started. Now I look forward to it! Speaking of which, legs tonight for me then my Softball game.

    I have quads/hammys, shoulders, and back left to do for the week. I haven't really decided what to do tonight. I have to wait until my wife gets off work which is about 8pm. I'd rather go during the day but the kids are on spring break this week and I'm Mr Mom during the day. Oh well, the joys of family life.
