How do we know whether Cody can even play a full injury-free season? Didn't he just break his foot in March? I read that it was a foot injury sustained in the junior playoffs 2 seasons ago that started him over-compensating, which in turn caused his back injury. I don't know if he's healthy now or if he'll ever really play for the Canucks. He seems like a mystery case atm and I wouldn't count on him taking over any major roles. But who knows what management has worked out.

I love Welly. He is a really good player. I would love to see Cody in the NHL though if he's healthy. One of them will be 3rd line center next season. Who knows what will happen with the other.

Hey Carson, how much longer do you have to use that sig lol?

He's a third line guy if that at all. Hodgson is better in an offensive system.

Exactly. If we can(hes a UFA this year not a RFA) give Welly a 1 year deal, give Cody a full season in AHL, then next Cody can come up and be prepared to play in a top 6 role.

**** that. I expected Hodgson to be in our lineup this year. I aint waiting a full year. Put him in the lineup. I don't care if you slot him next to Sami Salo... the kid needs to play here.

I'm bumping this as the Vice President of this classy organization.

5 points in 20 games. That is an impressive total for the Sharks. I think if he was on your team, you could potentially be even better.

Continue to prove the doubters wrong Mr. Wellwood
