at 17 you shouldn't supplement much. Stick to the basics like protein and multivitamins. You could even take B-12 if you wanted.
That's what I figured. I was just looking for a well-known basic vitamin. I'm not looking to like.. yeah, you get my drift.
Stamina, if you wanna verify if this is correct be my guest because I'm not exactly sure if its beneficial for a 17 year old, but Fish Oil is great
No I agree, fish oil is good. I just didn't mention it because at 17, you really shouldn't have any joint or ligament pain unless you were in a bad accident of some sort.
There are other benefits to fish oil such as omega 3, so yeah, taking fish oil is definitely not a bad thing.
