    Nice job BK!!

I'm curious as to why your stance is so wide? It's looks beyond shoulder width to me.

Are you getting enough carbs/proteins in your meals?

Depression can definitely have an impact on your results. If your getting enough protein and carbs in then you should be fine. Are you spreading out your protein/carbs over multiple meals?

I know from your journal that you train hard, so it's got to be the depression, your diet, or even lack of proper rest.

Depression sucks. Been through that. Eat right, stay away from the bad stuff (drugs and alcohol), focus on the good in your life, training (releases endorphins and is the best anti depressant), and try and be outside (sunlight will help). Also, visit here a lot, lots of funny stuff happening!!

For the depression make sure you're getting your EFAs (Omega 3 and 6)

Oh BK, you may want to get some blood work done. Check your levels such as testosterone & estrogen levels. It would be helpful if you knew if you had too much or too little.

did some DE squat work on tuesday, and today i did some

    DB floor press

    50s x 12 x 4
