    Didnt get great sleep and my shoulder was bothering me

    Update on my knee that I injured on thanksgiving: I could barely walk the first couple days. I obviously skipped squats on friday. I still have pain when I walk but it is definitely better. I will probably skip deadlifts tomorrow or if I am feeling good enough ill try and do something.

    Wore a knee brace and my knee was able to hold 315 up well. Just decided to put some decent weight on to gauge it. Still dont know if I am going to be able to squat this week.

    Ive been a bit stressed/depressed lately and I have just not been eating at all really. I am not surprised my lifting has suffered. Some good news though, my knee is feeling MUCH better so ill be attempting to squat tomorrow

    Im just following my progression from the program, but I have never done 315 x 3

    Ive actually lost weight over thanksgiving....not good

    Switching to wide stance squats. My knee is getting better and better. Its going to take a while getting used to squatting wide again, my hips and abductors barely allowed me to go parallel and were feeling very stretched.

    Im hoping I can deadlift heavy on tuesday.

    yea, it happens all the time. I am ****ed in the head, but thats the card i was dealt. I am probably eating around 2,000 calories. I am just never hungry when I am like this

    Bad knees run in the family so I figured id take some pressure off the knees with wide stance squats.

    I had to really work to get to parallel because my groin is just not flexible enough yet
