    I was shocked that I got 335, especially after attempting 330, which makes me wonder if i can hit 340-345.

    The guy didnt even give me a liftoff either, I felt so good locking that sucker out


    Im still ways away from the guy taht weighs 170 and benches 420

    I never bounce the bar, it wasnt a pause, just a touch and go.

    Last friday I tried to squat, only worked up to 285 and my bad knee would just not let me. This ****ing sucks. I will probably work really light or not at all this week.

    Lets say your not able to workout legs this week then. Do you just pick up where you left off but just on legs and move on everything else?

    I went through the same thing. Wasn't sure what to do
