    worked up to 335 x 10 on deads (PR) did 3 sets of lunges with 30's and called it quits lol, I was leakin fluids out of everywhere and was exhausted.

    Not a good day...Was trying to go for 255 x 10. My right shoulder has been a little sore, so that may have been why the weights felt so heavy. Still hit the minimum 5 reps, but I am hoping for a PR next week.

    Just didnt have it today. Wasnt feeling physically great, my abs were still sore from friday. Getting pissed off that I cant deadlift for ****. I cant believe I pulled 475 before, I feel so weak right now.
