    damn, im droppin the ball already not updating my journal.

    I didnt train last tuesday because I was tired from not eating and being at school all day and rested my knee that I tweaked playing basketball.

    I ****ed up my left pectoral muscle again that I just recently recovered doing Speed bench with 205 lbs. I felt/heard a nice ripping/tear sound. I was pissed off. I box squatted (parallel) all the way up to 315 lbs for a single last friday and there was minimal pain my knee.

    haha theres like a 10% chance that I get a good spot. last time dude sweating like he was kevin garnett in the 4th quarter and I got a fat drip of sweat on my forehead
