    So i just moved for college and got a free 7 day pass at golds until my uni gym opens. bench press was garbage, hooks were either too high or too low.

    im back...

    Just started training again this week at my school's gym...its a lot worst than my old gym...the BB's are crap, the benches and racks have hooks that are not adjustable so they are either too high or too low, its not a very big facility, theres a lot of traffic, you have to use clamps or else the plates will slide right off the BB.

    I will be looking at diff gyms because this wont suffice

    but anyway, it feels good to be back and I know i have lost some weight and I am def weaker but I feel motivated again.


    I wont post what I did so far this week cuz i dont really remember lol, I worked up to 235 x 3 on close grip bench and today Im going to do some close stance box squats and some form of deadlifts
