Update: With college graduation nearing, I have been really busy and not very inclined to update, though I have been training. With summer approaching, I decided to go on a cut. After failing miserably at a low carb diet, I decided to just focus on eating less calories. I am in my 2nd week and still doing 5/3/1. Strength has actually been pretty good, though it has been less than 2 weeks so I am expecting a bit of a decline in the future.
Recent numbers; didnt go to failure:
bench - 300 x 3
Squat 315 x 5
dead 425 x 3
