    It depends if you have really stong arms and a weak chest closer grip for bench would be easier & vice versa

    I think my triceps are probably a strong point for me and maybe that's why I feel better benching a little closer grip.

    My pinkies are on the ring too. Obviously the wider your grip is, the more your ROM decreases. However, a wider grip isnt always best for everyone. It just really comes down to preference, so it sounds like you are fine.

    When you do weighted dips do you use the belt with chain? And whe you say +90 lbs you take two 45lb plates together?
