I was shocked that I got 335, especially after attempting 330, which makes me wonder if i can hit 340-345.
The guy didnt even give me a liftoff either, I felt so good locking that sucker out
Im still ways away from the guy taht weighs 170 and benches 420![]()

Last friday I tried to squat, only worked up to 285 and my bad knee would just not let me. This ****ing sucks. I will probably work really light or not at all this week.
