ive done the balance test and it definitely works.
they also claim it to give you more strength and flexibility as well.

i just used a friends at school and he did the test on me. i know it sounds weird, but it works.

Talked about it in my Critical Thinking Psych class, the book and lecture said it was nothing but pseudoscience. Pretty much a case of, "if you want to believe it, then it's real." I'm just going by what my class said...
