Great post i wanna know this too........my trainer told me its mostly water i have there, maybe you are eatig too much salt, salt has sodium and that retains liquid........... you should also do lower abs exercises

Lower abs are all about Cardio. It's easy to get the upper 2 or maybe upper 4 to show. The lower section is all about eating right and doing cardio. For a lower ab workout, try doing hanging leg raises or V-Ups.
