I do cardio, I workout my abs twice a week, I eat pretty healthy, but I can't seem to get my lower abs to show! Does anybody have any tips on what made their lower abs finally start to show?

Great post i wanna know this too........my trainer told me its mostly water i have there, maybe you are eatig too much salt, salt has sodium and that retains liquid........... you should also do lower abs exercises

its tough for guys to lose a gut. girls always complain everything goes straight to their thighs. but thats how a gut is for a guy.

high intensity, circuit, and plyo workouts are great for burning fat that cardio might not get! Lifting weights is the best fat burner there is! Try powerlifting excersizes for fat burning!

Lower abs are all about Cardio. It's easy to get the upper 2 or maybe upper 4 to show. The lower section is all about eating right and doing cardio. For a lower ab workout, try doing hanging leg raises or V-Ups.
Well, the most difficult job is to get abs on your body...cardio and good eating is what requires...
It's Like my upper 4 abs show perfect and than right below those last 2 abs there is a line thatsays "Fock you I'm not going to Show!" lol
