    Gym/Workout Attire

    I usually workout in shorts and a T-shirt but since i work out at home i wear socks when i work out.

    2 Questions:
    1) What do you guys wear when working out?
    2) Can i injure myself working out barefoot or in socks?

    Sweats and tank top with sneakers. If you drop something on your foot it will obviously hurt more!!

    Shorts/Sweatpants and a T-shirt...or if it's bicep day and the hunnies are there...throw on a tank top

    Sweats and a tank/cut off every time with the occasional hat if my hair is real bad.

    Shorts in the summer months.

    Sleeveless shirt with tank or sleeveless white tee underneath, baggy comfortable shorts, and a pair of matching kicks.

    2) If you drop a dumbbell or plate, then yes.

    Regardless of whether i'm at a gym or home i wear the same thing.

    Tank top with short soccer shorts and sneaks/socks(depending on exercise)

    Always shorts, and either a t-shirt or a sleeveless depending on my exercises for that today, I hate doing dips and arms exercises and constantly having the sleeves interfere in some way.

    He woulda been ****ed in Washington...
