I tore the labrum in my shoulder pitching, apparently I was throwing with that tear for a year which gave me some issues, and by doing that it started fraying my rotators cuff. It's pretty much fully healed, there's a final part of the range of motion that still gives me pain when I try to throw due to it not being completely loosened up again, in other words its still lacking some of the flexibility and strength in the rotator cuff muscles/tendons back there.

No offense at all man, but isn't 195 too light for a 6'5" frame?

Nonetheless, good luck with your goals!
It definitely is light, but as I played baseball prior to the surgery it was a pretty typical frame for a pitcher.

I would be very careful with lifting. Are you still in therapy for the rc? There are plenty of exercises to do to rehab it back fully and once it is fully healed you can continue to do those exercises to build up strength to prevent future injuries. Did the Dr give you the ok to start lifting?

Yeah I'm almost finished with PT, it's been about 6 months since I had the surgery.

    Age: 16
    Height: 6'0
    Weight: 207
Fitness History: At my heaviest I was 234, that was 14 months ago. I lost a lot of weight, over 30 pounds in about 6 months. Since then I have fallen off my diet and exercise plan, and my weight has fluctuated up and down, as low as about 199 and as high as 212.
Goals: My goal is to be 195 by 6/25 (end of school). I have a decent amount of muscle already as hockey player, so I'm really just looking to burn off about 15 pounds of extra flab I have.
Favorite exercise: I stick with the basics, running, pushups, sit-ups, occasionally the bench press and curls for my arms and chest, etc.
