    Same here. I was too caught reading the bodybuilding forum. I'm glad I found this section though

    I started lifting about 6 months ago. Best decision I made in a while was to sign up to a gym and pay up front for it.

    6'2, 235lbs
    Started lifting in March of 2012 after losing about 100lbs (and gaining back 30 of it: Went from a fat 310 to a skinnyfat 210, then up to 240 when I starte lifting, down to 215 after lifting for a while, and now I'm back up to 235-240...but thats from muscle gain not fat) over the two years prior.

    My training basically revolves around strength exclusively. I'm looking to start powerlifting in the very near future (once my nagging annoying injuries heal so I can get training hard again). Goals for my first meet are 500sq, 315b, 600d in the 242 class. Eventually I want to total 2000+lb's Raw. One day...
