I'm Corey, and I'm from Massachusetts.
A 2 months ago, I had a little bit of extra fat laying around in the lower stomach area. I was 5'11 (maybe 6 feet) and 165 lbs. When I started to work out again, I dropped to 160, and now I'm up to 168...So it seems I have lost 5 lbs of fat, and gained around 8 lbs of muscle.
My main goal: To get cut for beach season this year. In the past, I was more concerned with hanging out with friends and playing basketball. Now, my goal is to be in the best possible shape my body allows.
Goals: Just get in overall better shape. Less fat, more muscle. I've really let myself go having a few injuries that sidelined me (Torn Rotator cuff and torn hamstring) Just trying to rehab and get back to where I was more comfortable with my condition
Fave Exercise: Not sure if it is the most popular choice, but absolutely anything biking related.
I started to work out heavily about 4 years ago, and I've been going anywhere from 6 days a week if I'm lucky to 3 or 4 if I have a busy week since then. I've been real busy recently and haven't had time to go a lot and I've admittedly not eaten the healthiest so I've added a little bit of weight.
So my goal as of now is to shed that excess body fat, which is mostly around my midsection and get somewhere under 200. Once I get that I want to refocus on lifting and really work hard to define my chest and shoulders more. A 6 pack wouldn't hurt either. After that, just go as far as my genetics can possibly take me.
Favorite exercise: Hammer curls. Don't ask me why, I just love doing them.
And congrats to the die hards of the Fitness Thread, now we have our own forum! And welcome to all the new posters!
Basically im a commited 2 sport athlete, im 17 and currently a junior in high school, planning to play baseball in college (outfielder) have been contacted by around 10 D1 schools including Big Ten, Big East. But I would like to play in the SEC, ACC, or Pac 10. Im also not ruling out D2 Florida Schools.
I'm 6'2' 1/2
My goals are too increase my flexibility and strength, i like looking "jacked". I want all my numbers to go up but i dont want too bulky just big and strong.
Something interesting about my lifting style: Spend half of my workout on arms.

Weight: 147 lbs.
Fitness History: 8 years, 4 yrs. w/ serious diet and cardio
Goals: Gain 20lbs. of muscle by the time 2011 rolls around. (I've gained 7lbs. since August)
Favorite exercise: Dead lift
Weight: 145-150 lbs (haven't weighed myself in forever)
Fitness History: Swimmer for 10 years...
Goals: To gain a ****tload of muscle and get bigger because I am a kid with a swimmers body and the arms of a twig...
Fitness History: Lost 50 pounds in 6 months starting in January 2007. Been running ever since, and have been swimming since last April. Started doing spin classes at the gym recently.
Goals: Maintain my weight and be healthy and slender for the rest of my life. Basically live a healthy life.
Favorite exercise: Swimming
Goals: Mainly just to get back in shape after taking a break from basketball cuz of a torn ACL. I'm not really a fitness freak or anything, but I'd like to build more muscle and less fat while getting back in shape.
Weight: Two years ago, 250. Now 205
Fitness History: I started killing the weight room when I was 25 and have fallen off completely in the last year and a half/two years. We've got young kids and I'm using them as an excuse for my lack of motivation.
Goals: Get back to being an animal and looking scary big at this point.
Favorite exercises: Pulldowns, flat dumbbell presses and any tricep exercise.
