In the last 30 days: a tying goal against Pittsburgh disallowed because the official was out of position; Halak, without the puck, get run over and no call; and tonight Washington scores because the zebra refused to call the slash, even as he watched Markov's stick explode. The fix is on and it is crap. Save those borderline US markets with assistance from the refs becuase those dumb Canucks will pay tons to watch hockey regardless of their team's record. I'm over it, truly over it. Just frickin' move the franchise to Las Vegas so Bettman can goo on himself for weeks at a time. Maybe the calls would even out then.

So who paid the refs off tonight? OV, McPhee, Leonois? This is just getting sickening already, and Lapierre taking that useless penalty don't help matters either. Price looked awful on the second goal, Cammalleri continues to light up(our only tradeable asset if this keeps up) and once again THE REFS DESPISE THE HABS!!!!!!

Ovie is on display tonight, Comrade Captain's first game wearing the "C". No way the NHL will allow Montreal to pull this out, no way.

Just a terrible game throughout. Refs gave the Caps the first goal, Gill kicked in the 2nd, the 3rd was on Price 100% and the 4th was bound to happen after Price bailed the team out the previous 2 scoring chances.

I'm pretty confident in saying that theirs probably a 75% chance blind trained chimps could ref a better game.
