Yeah I have a feeling Manning will run away with this one and we will be able to start the RB's fairly early.

this should be manning and not even close only other person that should get any votes is Brady and it should not be near what peyton gets.

First person that came to my mind was Tom Brady when I opened this thread. Then I thought well Peyton has been great as well. When it came down to it I had to go with the most important stat...wins. As of right now Tom beats Peyton in the most important category. If Peyton wins the Super Bowl this year then I might put him ahead.

    Tom Brady:
    98-29 12.25 wins per season
    14-3 Playoff record. Zero 1 & dones.
    3x Super Bowl winner.

Peyton Manning:(Started his stats from the 2000 season)
115-44 average 11.5 wins per season
    7-8 Playoff record. Six 1 & dones.
    1x Super Bowl winner

honestly, anyone voting for someone other than manning or brady is either 1) patriots or colts hater, 2) a homer or 3) stupid

How are post season wins the most important factor in judging the better QB? Dan Marino may have something to say about that.

Manning has thrown over 100 more td's almost 20,000 more yards, had a qb rating of 100+4 times (brady 1), has a better completion percentage, has thrown 4,000+ yards 10 times to Brady's 3, averages more yards per attempt/completion, and has never missed 1 game

how many more statistical categories could he beat brady in? Brady has had a much better team around him and Peyton has made all his team better single handidly

When you have two players that are equal in ability, at the end of the day they count the rings on your fingers.

    Brady 3
    Manning 1

That's the thing, they aren't equal in ability. Peyton's numbers absolutely destroys Brady's. Championships are a team award, not an individual. Manning is by far the best QB of this decade.

Well Manning has played about 30 more games than Brady, but I'd still take Manning.

So? We are talking about the decade's best players. Does it matter that Brady has played less games? Brady missed 15 games because of injury, something Manning has not. Besides, even if you adjust Manning's stats so the two have played the same number of games, Manning still has more yards, touchdowns, higher completion percentage, and QB rating. Manning is the best QB of the decade by a long shot.
