They're both pretty damn good. Although the Panthers' Smith put up those numbers with Jake freakin' Delhomme most of the season.

Steve Smith of the Panthers is better. Look at the average, he also has almost as many yards with 30 less receptions on a more successful run oriented team.

In one game, Steve Smith (Panthers) could easily pass Steve Smith (Giants).

Steve (Panthers) Smith is better in my opinion. You can't really count this seasons stats when Jake "The Mistake" Delhomme was his QB for most of the season.

They're both on my fantasy team too. haha. I almost gave up on Steve Smith (Panthers) during the first week of the playoffs, but luckily i played him and it paid off big time. Fantasy Superbowl!

But yeah, if Steve Smith (Panthers) had Eli or even a decent QB, this wouldn't even be a great comparison. I feel bad for him and his situation in Carolina right now.

Steve Smith is still Steve Smith. He commands respect like few others in the league do. Steve Smith still needs to get a bit better to reach that level IMO.

Steve Smith of the Giants should not be featured as a number one and in time with development of Hakeem Nicks he won't be, Steve Smith of Carolina has had an amazing career with one of the worst QB's in awhile so he is a lot better. If Carolina Steve Smith had Eli Manning he would rip it up.
