I don't think it would be smart for Streeter to declare. He's still pretty raw. He has all the physical ability to be a good NFL wideout, but he would benefit greatly if he stayed another year in Fisch's system.

He shouldn't go. He had a phenomenal year but it was just one year and it's not like he's going to be a 1st or 2nd rounder with such a deep WR class. I can understand not being comfortable with the QB situation but unless he desperately needs the money he should refine his skills and work to raise his draft projection.
