Forgot to mention you have 3 tries to ask for more money. Use them wisely. If you want more money, prove it!

The Brewers opening day payroll the past 2 seasons has been set around 80. During that time, the Brewers fans have responded with some of the highest attendance figures that the club has ever seen, and they were rewarded with a playoff appearance. We're trying for that again, and would like to ask for 85-90 M to spend instead of the 75 we were allowed. More fans in the seats and more wins on the field are a deadly combo. And we feel it's not too out of the realm of possibilities.

Of course we'd like to also point out that Charlie Weis is garbage and JD may be the best commish ever.

    Thank you.

Hello Matt, the San Francisco Giants are very interested in your services. We want to build our lineup around you Matt, you will bat cleanup and play Left Field and be, along with Tim Lincecum, the face of our franchise. You achieved your greatest success playing in the National League West in 2007 when you were robbed of the NL MVP award. We will start the bidding at 6 years and 90 million dollars. You will receive a full no trade clause, and will receive a bonus of $500,000 for every all star team you make, $1,000,000 for every batting title you win, and $2,000,000 for every MVP award you win. We hope that you consider playing for us Matt, because we believe that we can win a championship with you at the center of our lineup.

I'll just go out and ask it Mr. Holliday... how do you feel about playing in New York?

You played in Colorado, Oakland, and St. Louis... not really big cities. Do you think you can handle the pressure in NY?

If not I won't waste your time

The San Francisco Giants would like to ask for our budget to be increased from 91.5 million dollars to 102.5 million dollars. We improved by 16 wins from 2008 to 2009, showing that we have a very talented young core, but with the Dodgers spending left and right to bring in stars and the Phillies acquiring Zach Greinke we feel that an increased budget is needed for us to keep up with these two teams. We plan to use the money to sign a big bat, we have already made an opening pitch to Matt Holliday and we will call Jason Bay and Manny Ramirez at some point within the next 24 hours. We understand that there are several bad contracts already on the books, but those were signed by the previous regime. We want no part of the Zito and Renteria contracts, but nobody is willing to take them. We are trying very hard to acquire more players capable of helping us now, we have dangled prospects Buster Posey and Madison Bumgarner to teams with aces (such as the Blue Jays with Roy Halladay and the Royals with Zach Greinke). If we manage to make a trade for a third ace, we will have a practically unstoppable rotation, we'd just need a lineup to match it. It is a rough economic climate, we are aware, but the added revenue that would come from making the playoffs would help offset the difference in our budget, and the fan excitement from signing a Matt Holliday would help fill seats, which would bring in more revenue for the franchise. This franchise has not won a World Series title since 1954, we feel this team has the talent and heart to bring San Francisco a championship if we could just have a little more money.

Yankees offer 1 year at 6 mill...

You've said it multiple times that you only want to pitch for the Yankees. You made 5.5 mill last year and we are increasing that a bit since you helped us win our 27th WS championships. Come back so we can go on the road to defending it.
