TNT Picks Up Southland

Of course I caught it I'm a huge fan of the show. I thought it was a very solid start I'm looking forward to the rest of the season. Not a huge fan of Sucre's (from Prison Break haha) character, but that's what he's there for.

Yeah agreed, he was kinda annoying. Is the other partner who got shot gonna be written off the show or what?

Yea looks that way, I guess something just went wrong when the show hit a rough patch. Or who knows, maybe he comes back with the itch to be a cop again at the end of season 1 forcing out the new partner by seasons end.

Just watched this weeks episode on my DVR. This show continues to impress me even though it's on TNT. It was cool at the end that they got that kids sneakers down off of the line. I kinda figured that would happen. Sucks about that girl who got killed by her stalker.

I defiantly liked the old partner better, the new guy isn't horrible though. I think he will still be in the show, more so by seasons end.

They are barley showing the two detectives in the gang homicides so far. They were my favorite characters in the first season.

Meh I'm not so sure about the other detective coming back. Who knows though wouldn't be that surprised either.

I liked those guys too but I'm happy with the characters they've got going now. It's been good so far.

And yea I don't know what the hells going on with the new partner... last we saw of the other guy is they were leaving work together on a good note and seemed to finally be getting along.
