That's exactly why I workout from 10:30-12am, and now that it's starting to get cold and rain and stuff, the gym is a ghost town that late at night. Freakin' lovin' it.
My favorite time is from 11:30-12 when the music goes off and all you can hear is the iron clanking. I could still do without the douchers that just hang out and talk though, can't seem to escape those guys.

Yeah, thats when i had been going as well...but i got sick and tired of waiting for the squat rack.

This morning it was beautiful...used the rack for 45 minutes with no problem.

Haven't had a chance to post in a couple of days.

Sunday Morning hit the gym straight from work, had a crazy leg workout. My ***, hammys and quads are still recovering from the squats.

Monday I hit the gym twice, once in the morning and again in the evening.

Worked on Back and bi's in the AM followed by Shoulders and tri's in the PM.

I kinda burned myself out Monday so I stayed home Tuesday to rest. No gym for me until Sunday morning again, I gotta work each night until then.

Anyone who wants to get started working out and doesn't have a lot of money/time should buy Tony Horton's 10 Minute Trainer.

Your not going to bulk up, but it will definitely help your cardio, flexibility and tone your body. There's a decent amount of core excersises as well.

    You can do 1, 2 or 3 10 minute workouts a day.

If you live in Canada, you can buy it for $90 at Canadian Tire and it comes with everything you need (workout discs, excercise band, workout calendar, nutrition guide, etc.).

    Favourite UFC Fighters
    HW - Cain Velasquez
    LHW - Lyoto Machida
    MW - Vitor Belfort
    WW - Georges St-Pierre
    LW - Anthony Pettis

Tweaked my right pec yesterday, I think that's just my body telling me to take a couple of days off, so I'll just keep up the cardio and not lift until Monday. That's a good 5 days off.

Kind of bummed but I always know that I'll come back stronger and more energized after the rest.

Alright so I've been giving this some thought for a couple of weeks now and figured I'd post my idea so you guys can help me out with this...

What do yo guys think about starting a friendly competition amongst ourselves? It will be kinda like a motivational thing to help us work harder in the gym which ultimately will only lead to positive gains for all of us?

The point where I'm stuck at is trying to figure out what the actual goal would be since we all are in this for different reasons (some the same). Some guys are trying to tone up while other are trying to bulk up.

Should we seperate this into different categories such as goals or weight class? Or how about head to head with someone for a month? Obviously this will not be an "in person" competition, just a friendly bet between PSD buddies

We could compete for sigs, loser has to change their sig to whatever the winner wants it to be (within reason of course).

For this competition to be successful, we will have to post pics and bios.

Well that was my idea, anyone interested in trying to get this done? If so, I'll need help to organize it and figure out how this competition will be done.

Hope my idea was not too far fetched, lemme know what ya think!
