    ok guys so im doing weight training in my school (how cool is that). i need to work on my legs so i'll be using the leg press. how many sets of the leg press should i do and do you guys reccomend anything else?

    Leg press isn't bad, but i'd recommend squats.

    I'd do 4 sets. Squats are better but you can always do both where you then should lower it to 3 sets of leg press.

    Weight training class is sick. I was gonna take it but i dont like working out in front of people. People get the wrong idea and if you try to help with their form they get offended. So screw it

    Had a decent chest workout today, elbow/shoulder still giving me some issues.

    6 am wakeup for back workout!

    1. 3 sets pullups
    2. 3 sets weighted pullups
    3. 3 sets bent-over barbell rows
    4. 3 sets T-Bar rows
    5. 4 sets deadlifts
    6. 4 sets of abs

    20 sets of greatness!!!

    Deadlifts should be your first exercise

    I'm terribly out of shape right now. Plus I'm joining a club baseball league in the spring, so I need to get in shape quick. And there lies my problem...for some reason whenever I throw a lot, I get this tingling numb feeling from my elbow to my wrist. Its annoying.

    Exercise order is critical. You want to organize your workouts on most energy expenature and from your seat of power.

    Depending on how terribly out of shape do either P90x or Insanity. Those are probably the quickest fixes.

    no try going to the doctors first man... seriously dont get the surgery and your just going to eff yourself up a lot worse.

    Sadly i havent worked out due to a massive assigment being due. Im so tired. I've been doing it so much no time.
