ok guys so im doing weight training in my school (how cool is that). i need to work on my legs so i'll be using the leg press. how many sets of the leg press should i do and do you guys reccomend anything else?

too hungover to go to the gym today
I'd do 4 sets. Squats are better but you can always do both where you then should lower it to 3 sets of leg press.
Weight training class is sick. I was gonna take it but i dont like working out in front of people. People get the wrong idea and if you try to help with their form they get offended. So screw it
Had a decent chest workout today, elbow/shoulder still giving me some issues.
6 am wakeup for back workout!
1. 3 sets pullups
2. 3 sets weighted pullups
3. 3 sets bent-over barbell rows
4. 3 sets T-Bar rows
5. 4 sets deadlifts
6. 4 sets of abs
20 sets of greatness!!!

I'm terribly out of shape right now. Plus I'm joining a club baseball league in the spring, so I need to get in shape quick. And there lies my problem...for some reason whenever I throw a lot, I get this tingling numb feeling from my elbow to my wrist. Its annoying.
Question: Has anyone done a 5x5 workout routine?
Was thinking about trying it.
