    Well, i played...and we won...and it hurts even worse then last night.

    I only threw the ball 3 times but i had to. It was me vs 2 kids and i needed to get the W. So while i'm paying for it now, it was worth it at the time. Towards the end of the game i was the last one again and i couldnt even consider throwing righty. I was trying to kill the clock as best as i could because none of us could throw and after about 90 seconds i got someone out lefty before getting hit.

    pretty sure we all decided that we DID NOT want a new thread...but w.e. i guess..

    rolled my ankle really bad playing basketball today. i can hardly walk and probably wont be in the gym for a while

    We really didnt have a choice. I think its a rule that once you get to 1k you have to close it. But Hugh was being a rebelious mod

    Did a shoulders/traps workout...it hurt bad and i was far from 100%. Still, i gutted it out. Took 3 pain relievers/icy hot before the lift.
