Wood has played 46 games at 3rd this year and has 5 errors, Figgins has 12 in 124 games. I think the drop off from Wood going to LF is bigger then if Figgins went to LF and Wood stayed at 3B. And Figgins has played 242.2 innings in his MLB career while Wood has played 0. And Figgins has 0 errors in LF.

for a second there i thought you went to the dark side i wil use errors and what i see to evaluate a players defense sense i have no clue what Sabermetrics are
