Reynolds this year, because he's not mind bogglingly terrible in the field. He has to show he can continue to produce at this level offensively, though, and I don't know if the huge jump in HR/FB% he's had this year is actually sustainable.

Even if his true talent lies somewhere between this year's production and last, he's still well ahead of Dunn overall.

But this should be in the Comparisons forum.

    pretty easily Reynolds.

I also love how Dunn and Jeter are the whipping boys of sabermetrics

^ Dunn is actually held in high regard by the sabr community, just not his fielding.

are you kidding;dunn use to be a god amongst the metrics guys.its not unless recently, when defensive metrics came into vogue, that he started to losing his infallibility status(dig up some old threads from a year or two ago)

Putting Dunn at DH would dramatically increase his value.

Dunn would be one of the most feared DHs in the game...Too bad he has to play the field, because he sucks out there.

Actually he's hit 40+ Homeruns for the past 5 seasons and this year already has 30 and this year he's hitting better at .282 compared to his career average of .250.
