I can look at the game charts and velocity charts from season to season, but I have to estimate the range and average velocity. How do I get the exact velocity by looking at the charts on fangraphs?

I can see that on his last start Joba was throwing his fastball anywhere from 92-97. But how do I get the exact velocity by looking at that graph?
