Where are the best places to get each specific stat?
WARP (any variation)
....and any other stat I've left out like that.
Also, where can someone find bunt base hit data?
Win Shares can be found on The Hardball Times. I'd stay away from VORP and WARP, since you're really not going to get any use out of either of them when WAR (which is on Fangraphs) is freely available.
Actually, all the stats you've listed have fatal flaws to them. Just stick with WAR.
You can find most of all those on BP though.
Okay, another question. When do they update these stats?
Baseball Reference used to only update OPS+ on a season by season basis, now they do it every day with an update that usually shows up here in the Central time zone maybe 8-9 in the morning.
VORP is Keith Woolner's measurement of evaluating hitters compared to a "replacement level" player, which he puts at around 80% of league average production. Too high. The positional adjustments he uses undervalue catchers and overrate first basemen, and the model for position players uses basic Runs Created, which is just AB*OBP*SLG.
WARP is Clay Davenport's Wins Above Replacement Player metric. It's basically VORP with FRAA on a win scale, so it's combining a flawed offensive measurement with a flawed defensive measurement.
EqA is Equivalent Average. It's a step up from OPS but still not as good as wOBA. It undervalues walks.
Really, the only statistics that you'll benefit from learning are the ones you find on Fangraphs. IMO the only really useful statistic on BP is EqBRR.
