Also is it just me or should we not have completions and rushing attempts. Ive never seen those in a Fantasy League and they just make QBs and RBs waaay to good.

I'm not a huge fan of awarding points for completions and rushing attempts, however each reception gives 2 points instead of 1, so WRs still stay competitive.

Not really, on my team alone Garrard got twice as many points then Santana Moss, and Garrard isnt a fantasy QB

Not quite twice as many, but I still see your point. Garrard is sort of a unique case though because he was tied for 1st in rushing attempts and was 2nd in rushing yards for all QBs.
