As it stands, the best teams in the NBA are IMO

    1. Lakers
    2. Spurs
    3. Cavs
    4. Magic
    5. Boston

Adding Artest boosts the lakers only if they can keep at least Odom.

It all depends where Rasheed Wallace and other big games end up.

Going to be a weird NBA season considering that The spurs, Lakers, Magic, Cavs, Celtics and perhaps the Nuggets are the only teams thinking they have a title shot next year.
Nuggets need to do something soon.

Why is miami in this discussion?
It's the 5 top teams that just got better. Rich got richer.
As Bk said, Denver definitely needs to make a move.
I hate the hype the Lakers are getting and Spurs are one of my favorite teams, so I'm going with them and Orlando in the finals. Especially if Magic manage to get Bass.

    Either one of them.

Don't like Celtics. Even with sheed, I have a feeling KG isn't the same KG anymore. People don't realize just how long he's been in this league. He's nearing the end of his career imo.
Don't like Cavs either. Don't expect Shaq to be nearly as good as last season.
Meh on the Lakers. Artest is a huge question mark. Can easily blow up on their faces. They also would be wise to resign Odom or their rebounding just got a whole lot worse.
Like I said, I like Magic and Spurs. Of course with Spurs Manu is a huge concern, and Carter isn't exactly a winner either for Magic.

I think the Spurs are going to win the title next season.
    Favourite Teams:

Boston Red Sox: 63-80, games this week vs. Orioles (3), Royals (4)
Indianapolis Colts: 0-1, Week 2 vs. Eagles
Minnesota Timberwolves: New team, hoping for good things this season.
Ottawa Senators: 37-31-14, season over, free agency begins this week.

He has been in the league 2 years longer than Kobe and both came from high school.

I think all these teams have a chance next year...except Miami. Team with the best chance right now wouldl have to be a toss up between San Antonio and Boston....LA if they bring back Odom. Odom, will be missed more than people realize if they let him walk and LA needs a PG...right now Fischer is really getting too old.

KG is not nearing the end of his career just yet, hes only 33. Even if he dosent deliver 20 and 10 every single night that wont be a problem. His intensity will be the highest of all his career, because he felt like **** watching his team loose in the playoffs and he couldnt do anything about it. SO i totally disagree with you. I actually think hes gonna be hungrier than ever
