Deandre Jordan and Marc Gasol
If Yao is healthy he is the best center in the league, and the only weakness in his game is stayng healthy, so hopefully he overcomes injuries, and dominates the league for 7+ years.
Bynum has the mold and skillset - but he's almost some of a lost cause. I think he needs to find the RIGHT coach for him (nothing against Phil)
As Far as young Centers go... I would say Horfod has a lot of potential. I think he could steal an All star nod down the road if the pack is thin.
IMO in four years, the top 5 centers in the league shall be:
5.Andrew Bogut/Andris Biedrins/Brook Lopez
YOU TRIED HARD MIAMI
1999-2000 LA Clippers had one of the greatest duos of big men in Michael Olowakandi and Keith Kloss, I'm surprised they didn't win the championship that yr.
On a serious note, I think Bynum and Howard are the future
How badly does Bynum have to puss out for people to stop mentioning his name as a future star? The dude is just not that impressive. Dwight is a physical freak, who is a great defensive center, but horrid offensively. He can dunk, but his hook shot is mediocre at best. Yao is dominant offensively (he's ridiculously efficient, and has several go to moves that are borderline unstoppable), but unfortunately can't seem to stay healthy. Hopefully getting his first summer off in 12 years will help him recover. If so, he's the best center in the league, but it makes no difference until he can stay on the court in crunch time.
I cant Believe How much love there is for Andrea Bargnani in here.
The top 2 centers in the league are easily Dwight and Yao.
Yao Just needs to stay Healthy.
"If Rodgers were even just simply as good as Brady or Manning in the playoffs, his team would almost never win. Instead, what we've seen is a super hero act."
Top 5 Centers in 3 years, if eveyone stays healthy.
1- Yao Ming
2- Dwight Howard
3- Al Jefferson, nobody is showing him love
4- Andris Biedrinis
5- Brook Lopez/ Andrew Bynum
Andris Biedrins will show his true colors once he or Don Nelson leaves GS.
