Cats pick up C Steve Reinprecht from Coyotes.

Gotta be honest, i had my hopes up that it may have been something for Jay Bo, but all in all this was a good trade. We gave them a winger, that probably wasn't going to make it to the NHL anytime soon, and have picked up ourselves a decent 2nd line center. I've read he's a good two way player, but isn't very consistent. Any opinions?

He will be ok he's nothing special i would consider him more of a third line centre he does have some skill maybe with the right linemates he can produce more.

I like it. Solid player, not the huge goal scorer, but that will come.

Well, the more I read up on the guy the more i like this trade. It's not like we gave up a player on our roster or anything. I've also been reading that this may allow Horton to move to the right wing, where he can really focus on shooting more, as opposed to making plays, which i hear this guy is pretty good at. What do you guys think about a Booth, Reinprecht, Horton line? Possible?

Not bad, but Reinprecht is not a first line guy now.
