I feel the need to express how good of a player i believe he is.
i realize its early and im usually not a big fan of middle relievers but i love this guy and i think he is a really good player

It was a great trade. Young arm with a lot of power, a lot of movement. Great, tight slider, and a very nice FB. He's going to be one hell of a pitcher for us. Ramirez, Delcarmen, and Masterson (when he gets back to relieving) - Or Bard and Tazawa before Papelbon. We've got a lot of options.

I love Roman Ramirez!!! He's got a lot of movement on his pitches...and, so far, seems able to handle the pressure of pitching in a Big Market
    Merry Christmas!!

Yea, at first I was skeptical about it due to his non-dominant spring training (overreacting as I tend to do). But Crisp hasn't done too much in KC, Ellsbury has started this year quite nicely, and RR is obviously dominating.

    Sounds like a porno star?

He reminds me of Flash Gordon....alot. Started out house of fire , but the stuff, the power the release all look similar.

I have to admit that I didn't know who Ram Ram was when the trade happened. I thought "Who the eff is this guy?". Well needless to say that I know who Ram Ram is now and I'm quite pleased with the trade.

Imagine if he became our set-up man and we had Franky Rodriguez as our closer.

    Ram-Rod.

    God I love Super Troopers.

Arguably, the best thing about Ramirez is that he makes Delcarmen easier to part with as part of a package for a bat...
