I realize you guys are sour, but no way was this on the refs tonight. You could say they missed to high sticks/elbow on Kane. You can say they should have taken two with Ladd. Could have called a dive on Campbell. They called it fair if you ask me. This is the playoffs, I didn't see any soft calls out there.

I'm not complaining about the refs in general. Just the dive call near the end. And btw, it's the Canucks forum. This is where we get to air our views.

1. the Bieksa penalty was dumb and it might have cost the Canucks the series

2. the Campbell penalty was a dive. Even Milbury said "there was a lot of Italian soccer league stuff happening out there".

I disagree completely.

The refs missed calls on both teams tonight. The difference is that when the ref did make calls the Blackhawks capitalized.

The Blackhawks won, the Canucks lost, the refs reffed.

But they were UNANIMOUS in saying that the Campbell penalty was a dive worthy of the Italian soccer league.

yes they were... i expected a better all around effort by us. This was a must win game and i know for a fact we WILL NOT win 2 in a row. Hawks are winning this in 6, i'm done being optimistic about this team, it'll just make me feel worse.

haha. I know it's not over. It's actually a funny series for me because I was born a Hawks fan and cheered for them for my whole life until I moved to Vancouver.

But there's no doubt I want Vancouver to win this series. The Hawks will be good for years to come.

No, but my family knows the Mikita family and I've met a few of their Hall of Famers like Hull and Mikita several times. Makes a huge impression on a little kid to meet HOFers like that.
