I enjoy poker in person with a bunch of friends. It seems that online pokers players go all in on any 2 cards. Does anyone know any decent websites?
I play FTP, play money of course with me being in the U.S. Starting out, yeah, you'll run into a bunch of numb nuts that go all in every hand. If you continue to play TAG without getting tilted, you can really dominate those all in idiots and really start raking in the (fake) money. I'm already up to 25,000 chips and just started playing on Full Tilt a couple of weeks ago.
Bovada is a legit site for Americans. Oddest thing about it is that it's all anonymous; no screen names and no avatars. Just a number and color that changes every tournament you enter. They are legit with their payouts though which is the most important thing. I got on there a month or so ago and have turned $60 in to $300. Was up to about $500 until I had a half week of the most disgusting bad beats over and over again. Playing online can be nerve-wracking but there is money to be made. Just no your limits in terms of money and time spent effectively.
Would love it if Poker Stars or FTP came back in effect for cash games open to American users.
