Welch was expected to step in for Boynton while he is at home for the rest of the road trip, but it appears that will no longer be the case.
Eminger, a former 1st rounder, brings more experience to the team then Welch brought and could become a bigger part of the team then Welch. Though Welch never had much chance in the defense-heavy Panthers, I like this trade for a more established and possibly higher upside player.

Looks like we also included a 3rd rounder with this one, but I still like the trade. Welch really never had and never would have a chance. Eminger could fill part of the void of Bouwmeester when he leaves this offseason.

i thnk he just yelled at pete deb or something like that. i thought he was a good player looking at the stats and the name sounds familiar but people just say hes average so lets see what he does.
